We would try to get Renner's attention by raising our hands over the photographers head so he would look the right direction. Every time we did that, he would raise his arms up too! It was really cute.
We did a lap around the mall. I am not sure Renner can walk, he can only run! He would run ahead of us, then turn to make sure we were following him. He would stop to look at total boy things; the football posters, the fast car on display, and anything with a ball. One time he ran ahead we all hid to see what he would do when we weren't there. We were thinking he might be afraid or cry. No, not that kid. He kept running, straight into Gameworks where he found a skateboard game to play. No fear, I swear.
Right near our exit was a crazy, spinning ride. The kids, including Halley, really wanted to ride it. It was pretty funny. Cora and Sayer rode first. The guy had to use every piece of padding he had to get them strapped in. They started out going slow but soon were asking to go faster. They had a great time.
Renner wasn't going to ride, until he saw the others and then he wanted to right then and there. Finally, it was his turn. While the guy was strapping him in, Renner reached over the bar and rubbed his head!
Ha ha ha! He looked so little strapped in there. He laughed and screamed the whole time. It was quite comical. Lots of people stopped to watch.
In the car on the way home he told us all about "the really cool thing" he got to do. Nut jobs, all of them. But they are my nut jobs and I love them!
